POLICY
Security
The layaway policy of Clothes by Freanwil is established to set forth procedures to protect the rights of the
customer and the merchant. All layaways must be paid out within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase.
After the forty-five (45) day period has passed the account is in default. In this state the merchandise (item) will
revert back into the store's inventory and the layaway payment(s) will be used to cover "Holding and Restocking"
fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Down Payment
Customer must pay at least one-third (!/3) of total charge (including shipping charge) at time of layaway by phone
with Debit or Credit Card or by Mailing in a Cashier's or Money Order. By postal, by Mailing in a Cashier's or Money
Order only. Note: Due to Cashier & Money Order frauds - verification from bank or financial institution will be
obtained before any merchandise is shipped or placed on layaway. All layaways require a down payment - NO
EXCEPTION!
Final Payment
The layaway balance must be paid within forty-five (45) days of purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Layaway Cancellation
After layaway is approved and in order, no refunds will be given for any reason and layaway payments are
non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
